Healing Arts are different, beautiful and effective methods of strengthening Internal energy (Chi) and ultimately enhance your health and quality of life.Sifu Mannie Barstz has more than 30 years of experience in Tai Chi Chuan (Martial Art combined with Moving Meditation), Chi Kung (energy cultivation) and Chi Kung Massage.
He also maintains his blog, Tai Chi Sifu, where he discusses commonly asked questions and the healing and stress management aspects of tai chi in more detail.
He is a licensed Reiki practitioner, and qualified to administer Indian Head Massage and Ear Candling.
